My teaching is where Practice Meets Friction.

A decade into yoga, I’ve learned that my relationship with it is not without friction. That tension with the industry and with the practice itself guides the way I teach, making each class and workshop an echo of that lived experience.

What I Offer

WEEKLY CLASSES

in-person

Each class is built on the idea that yoga isn’t always neat or easy. It’s layered with both flow and friction. After more than a decade as a student, teacher, and facilitator, I bring those lived tensions into the way I guide studio classes.

TUESDAYS | 6:15 PM

SKILL IN ACTION WORKSHOPS

Yoga + justice workshops weaving movement with dialogue on equity, collective care, and embodied learning. Designed for teacher trainings, studios, or community groups wanting to dive deeper into the tension.

BI-ANNUAL CULTURAL RETREAT

After years of practice, I’ve learned that yoga and culture both carry a kind of friction: between tradition and modernity, belonging and difference, comfort and challenge. Rather than smoothing those edges away, this retreat leans into them.
