My teaching is about creating space for both tradition and change.

Yoga is a living practice. Rooted in lineage, shaped by the people who carry it, and responsive to the world we live in now. After over a decade of teaching, managing studios, and facilitating Skill in Action workshops, I’ve learned that the most meaningful classes hold both: honoring where the practice comes from while making space for what it can become.
