Hai! I’m Raudhah (she/her/dia) and I’ve taught, and still teach, in similar spaces and studios as you.

Getting laid off from a studio became the clearest thing that ever happened to me. Now, I bring my decades of leading trainings, teaching yoga and managing a studio to the people doing the deepest work (and often lonely work) in wellness deserving a digital presence that reflects the honest contradiction of existing in the industry that they are in while simultaneously challenging it.
